Jeffrey C. Mehlfelder PT, DPT, Cert. MDT

“I believe that a person can always improve: physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritually. I live these values by working on improving myself consistently without overreaching and burning out. This is exactly what I want for my clients. The only thing a person needs to do is to decide they are willing to make the changes that will improve them.”

Jeff believes that physical therapy is both a science and an art. It is science in that the human body follows the laws of physics and follows the rules of physiology. Applying this science to the individual is a work of art. Everyone is unique - rehabilitation is for the individual. Each person requires an approach and treatment that is fully personalized. Jeff believes that providing complete transparency in analysis and treatment the patient will reach the best possible result. Rehabilitation requires an alliance - an alignment of both the patient and the therapist - both must be motivated and intend to reach the same goal: improvement and recovery in the patient’s condition.
